In this webinar, Sheri Penney of the Bipartisan Policy Center will examine how states are building sustainable child care funding streams that support working families and strengthen local labor markets. Drawing on examples from across the nation, Penney will present a detailed case study from Iowa—a public-private model that economic development leaders can adapt and replicate in their own communities.
